    The staff were accommodating and attentive and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. I loved huge and impressive room complete with a 4 bedroom, view of water plus bayview. The service was good during my stay.

    The place was spotlessly clean with a competent staff at the reception desk. The location was perfect, relatively near Port of Miami. Besides, we were near American Airlines Arena, Toro Toro and Miami by the port and Bayside.

    The location is awesome stayed here for Ultra Music Fest!

    To start off Parking is $32 dollars a night which racks up very quickly. Especially when staying for music fest. The festival ended at midnight and i was charged an additional $32 dollars just because it was past 12. It was literally 5 min past! This made me very upset. Also, paying nearly $900 and not having internet was rather annoying and upsetting. So this "Awesome" Hotel that I was looking forward to staying at instead decided to charge you for everything you do which made this a very expensive trip. What happened!

    The stay here was really great for our short visit. It was in a magnificent and best possible location right next to James l Knight Center. All the personnel was willing to help, accommodating people.

    gorgeous views with friendly staff

    Stayed at intercontinental for a wedding and the experience was magical. The executive suite was perfect for getting ready. Fantastic views and really good service elevated our wedding weekend!

    The staff's warmth, especially the bellman who was quick to help with my bags. I loved relaxing by the lovely outdoor pool and taking a break at the spa lounge after a busy day.
